Personalised products
Each keepsake is made to your photo and details. Please check your photo and spelling before sending. We are not responsible for low-quality images supplied by you, but will tell you if we think a photo will print poorly.
Cancellations and refunds
Because items are made to order, the 14-day consumer cancellation right does not apply once printing starts. If you cancel before we start printing, or we cannot supply your order, we will refund you in full. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded under your statutory rights.
Collection
Orders are collected at our stand at the event. Pre-order and upload your photo by the deadline shown on the home page for guaranteed collection. Uncollected items can be arranged for later collection or postage by contacting us.
